And here we go again. How the heck can it be 2009 already!? Back to our standard 365 days this year and hopefully you'll see at least 365 more photos here before the end of the decade.

This shot is from the first time I went downtown yesterday. Shot quite a bit of sutff, which I'm sure you'll be seeing some more of over the next few weeks.

Went down a second time with the wifeband around 8:00 because I heard there were going to be some fireworks after the "Imagineve" event. I figured this would be a better option than the midnight fireworks, since Ami can hardly even stay awake until midnight. Setup at the Capitol since it's up on a hill with a nice view of the skyline. Well, the fireworks ended up being low, lame and short. Picked a bad location for where they were fired off & they were just plan crappy & boring anyway. Guess that's what you get for fireworks when they're part of a kids & family NYE event that ends at 8:00...
