Here's a burner from our electric range, circa 1964. Ask Ami how much she loves our stove & oven ;) Would be nice to have a gas range, since it is annoying how long it takes an electric to adjust to temperature changes, whereas gas is pretty much instant. Besides, fire is much more fun than a resistance coil. They don't say, "Now, you're cook'n with gas" for nothing!
