I found this pair of peculiarly list trees growing in the Greenwood Park, near the Des Moines Art Center.
Wish I would have made it out about an hour earlier, as the sky had gotten a tad darker than I would have preferred. I find the best night shots generally come right around civil twilight, because the sky hasn't gone completely black.
At least there was a cover of altocumulus clouds to spark some interest in the sky. There is always enough light pollution in the city to illuminate low-mid level clouds, sometimes casting them an orange or red hue.
